East Bench Kitchen
What a total transformation! In its original state, the fridge was to the left of the sink and stuck out like a sore thumb! The countertop jutted out into an L shaped “island” that completely cut the space in half. You had to walk around it in order to get from the kitchen to the dining room and vice versa. The entire space is now open, light and bright with wood floors covering the entire main floor. The carpet in the living room and dining room had to go! There was a coffee station where the fridge is now that moved to a sunny nook off the kitchen…. an addition to the original house. They now have a formal dining room plus a kitchen table that provides extra seating and a place for the kids to do their homework.
