Avenues Art Deco Home
Wow, what a great house! A unique art deco style built in the 1930's. There are only a handful of these homes in all of SLC. I chose paint, furniture, art and rugs for my client. I am so glad she was a fan of color like me. The home doesn't get a ton of natural light so the vivid colors really brightened up the space. I also designed the fireplace and the landscaping.... pavers, water feature, fence, fire pit, etc. I love the color of the front door. It might be my favorite ever! Farm Red from Behr.
